Beginning January 17th

We will offer FREE circuit training from 9 am - 10 am and again in the evenings from 6 pm - 7pm.  Tracy & I will take you through a complete circuit training class.  You can do a total body workout or if you just need help getting through a leg workout, we will be on hand.

The Stand Up Tanning Unit will have new bulbs by the end of January.

• 4 Members for $40/month

Referrals

Refer a friend, neighbor or co-worker and if they join with us you receive a FREE month membership or a bottle of tanning lotion.
